Please contact our office at 214-823-2650 to schedule an office appointment or to schedule your surgical appointment once you have met with Dr. Arnold.

Dr. Arnold's office appointment days are Monday afternoons as needed and all day every Wednesday. Emergency office appointments are on a case by case basis.

Dr. Arnold's surgery days are every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.   

We will do everything we can to be on time. When emergencies arise we do our best to keep patients fully informed if there will be any delays or a need to reschedule an appointment. In the event there is an emergency we ask for your patience in dealing with delays. It is always a good idea to call ahead of a scheduled appointment to confirm.

The office is open Monday - Friday

8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

(Hours may vary on a Friday or during Holiday dates)

Phones answered 24 hours a day by staff or on-call doctor.

Prescriptions are refilled during normal office hours only. Please try to call before you run out of your medication. Call your pharmacy first. They will contact us to obtain authorization for a refill. Prescriptions will not be refilled by the doctor on call after hours or on weekends.

To obtain copies of your medical records we must have a signed release from the patient. This should include the name and address and/or fax number where the records are to be sent. We try to handle these in a timely fashion, but please allow 1-2 business days.

As we begin a new year, we would like to remind you that you may have a new deductible that must be met.

All patients that will be having surgery will be expected to pay any unmet deductible and co-insurance charges, or charges not covered by the insurance company, prior to their surgery date.
