Appointments for routine problems and follow-ups are available Monday through Friday. We try to see urgent problems and emergencies as soon as possible. We do everything we can to be on time; however, we sometimes encounter unavoidable delays.
When emergencies arise, we do our best to keep patients fully informed if there will be any delays or a need to reschedule an appointment. In the event there is an emergency we ask for your patience in dealing with delays. It is always a good idea to call ahead of a scheduled appointment in case there is a delay and we have been unable to contact you.
The office is open Monday - Friday
8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Phones are answered 24 hours a day.
Prescriptions are refilled during normal office hours only. Please try to call before you run out of your medication. Call your pharmacy first. They will contact us to obtain authorization for a refill. Prescriptions will not be refilled by the doctor on call after hours or on weekends.
To obtain copies of your medical records we must have a signed release from the patient. This should include the name and address and/or fax number where the records are to be sent. We try to handle these in a timely fashion, but please allow 1-2 business days.
